Description

Sailor Cosmos with Sailor Chibi Chibi. Dont think I ever  drew these characters before. Being brand new to copic markers is really making me branch out. Really like experimenting with them and doing pictures with lots of color. The moon and ribbon corner thing was a last minute add in and turned out to be a big mistake :(
